My iPhone screen is constantly shaking, and often turns black.

My iphone screen has recently started shaking and has been turning black when I open up apps.

The screen with turn "negative" when a photo is opened, and often does that when apps are opened.
I have tried restarting, resetting, inverting colors, increasing contrast, and updating to IOs7.0.6

Unfortunately, I dont have much money to get a new phone at the moment, so I'm wondering if anyone has been able to solve the problem on their own!
