Just made a developer account, having trouble with iTunes Connect

I just made my developer acount (and enrolled in the developer program) about 15 minutes ago, and now when I try to sign into iTunes Connect, I get the error message, "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect."


What's wrong?
