I just left the Apple store after they checked and wiped my machine. When I plug the external hard drive in to restore my files, there is no prompts on how to migrate the files. I can see the backup from yesterday. How do I get the migration accomplished?
I just left the apple store after they checked the MAC and wiped it clean. I have plugged the external drive in and see the device; however, they was no prompt to migrate the files, as I was told. How do I get the files to migrate. I can see yesterdays back-up. I thought it was to automatically prompt for the migration process?
