HOW DO YOU SYNCH YOUR OUTLOOK CALENDAR TO IPHONE?

How do you synch your outlook Calendar to an iPhone 5s. Mine will not synch all calendar info, only a few items, and setup says to synch all or all periods of time. I can't find houw you get into set up what to synch.
