App Store app on my iPad mini-wifi
I recently got an iPad mini -wifi. I cannot figure out how to download the App Store app on here.
iPad, iOS 7.0.4
Have you sign into your iTune Store?
Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID

That is an iOS Pre-Installed App and cannot be Deleted nor Downloaded.
1) Check in Restrictions... Settings > General > Restrictions

2) Check in All Folders and on All Pages/Screens...
3) If no joy... Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen
