song only plays 7 sec skips to next song

I bought a song off itunes and it plays for 7 secs on every device that I have. I have deleted the song and reinstalled it but still only plays the 7 secs. When I play it off the album it only plays 7 secs of the song also. The songs time play is over 3mins. How do we complain about songs that aren't playing through or what can I do to get it to play through? The song is Luke Bryan's, Crash My Party, That's My Kind of Night. I downloaded the whole album but this is the only song that will not play.
