Q: how do i stop a download on my iphone4 at the itunes store

I want to stop a download from the itunes store on my iphone4

but the regular way does not stop it at all

i have tried to do what it says with out success

any other suggestions apple itunes guru's

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.6, want to stop download from itunes
