Separate spaces for dual monitor

Hi there,

On just installed OSX Mavericks, i have 2 monitors Philips 227E(one of them through DVI, second with HDMI) and got them working, but only as mirror.

In Mission Control, options Displays have separate Spaces is checked. No mirroring options in menu bar available.

Can someone help getting this work please?

Thanks!

If you don't have an Arrangement tab, then it doesn't recognize that there are two monitors connected.

I don't know what you would need to do to recognize the other display. Possibly an SMC reset: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964

or NVRAM reset: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379

Other than that, I don't know what will cause it to recognize the second display.
