So I havent transfered music in a while and Tonight I'm trying to transfer a new CD I just got and it's telling me that I can't because my phone is linked to another itunes library but I'm using the same computer I always use because it is the only one I own. I dont want to erase and start over because I dont have all of the music that was on my computer anymore. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to fix it?

Is this the first time you've tried to sync that phone to that particular computer?
Also, one thing to try is to go into sstore settings in iTunes and select "authorize this computer" just to be sure.
No I used my computer before when I first got my phone to add music and get it set up. And then from there I just purchased everything on Itunes but I just wanted to transfer a CD and its telling me that I cant. I did the Authorize computer and it said my computer is already authorized but it still wont let me transfer music. Its letting me transfer music to my Ipad without a problem.
