How to set-up photo sharing with Itunes

Hi all,

I have re-set up my PC with win8.1 and download latest itunes.

I have Apple TV with also the latest software.

Now I can not anymore send my picture library to my apple TV ! Where to configure that now on itunes ?

My apple TV have access to Icloud photostream, not to my full library...
