Like for instance,I tried to press one of the episodes from http://www.justanimedubbed.tv/watch/adventure-time/ and it won't let me.When I press it,it doesn't do anything...And even if I type the specific URL for the episode,it won't let me watch the video because I press "Skip Ad" and it doesn't do anything..There were no problems before,it just suddenly happened...

I went to the site at it is now Flash based. No iOS devices have or will support Flash. See if there is an app for the stie.
Oh,and I also can't press ads...
How do you know it's now flash based?It wasn't flash based before,why would they change it?I can't even press the links or the ads...Even on other sites too.
I went to the site on my iPhone and had same problem as you. Then I went to the site on my computer and that indicated that it was Fash since I block Fash and have to click on the Flash boxes to play them.
Ohhh...So,can you explain why I can't click the ads?
This is really pathetic, links won’t work on any browser (safari nor chrome) after updating to iOS 9.3. Hope Apple fixes this ASAP!
Yours is the first I have heard of that problem. Thus, it does not seem to be a general problem:
What exactly happens when you click on a link?
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
