cmd /k netsh winsock resetPress the WinLogoKey+R to open the run dialog, then Ctrl+V to paste, then press enter/return.
You should get something similar to this:
Reboot the computer and the problem should be resolved.

"itunes could not connect to the itunes store.
An unknown error occurred (0x80090318)"
"make sure your network connection is active and try again."
I done uninstalled and installed itunes and yet too no avail. If you can still help please do so? Thanks Again Alfred
