Disk permissions error

Question

I got this message when I checked my disk permissions. What does it mean and how can I fix it please?

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

1. That the current software is installed.

2. It's not a problem. If you're having trouble, look for other causes. If you're not, using the repair permissions function is a waste of time.
