There are specific buy-backs but not for all products.  You will have to contact your Apple store to see if they are interested in the product you want to trade in.

Apple themselves do not take trade-ins, but has in some countries partnered with another company who will buy some Apple products and provide you with an Apple Store gift card in return. For a more complete description of the US edition of the program, see:

Apple offers similar programs in a couple of other countries including the UK. In most countries, though, all they offer is recycling with no value returned.
