Syncing Notes after 7.0.6 Update

I've just downloaded and installed the 7.0.6 ios update. Now my notes won't sync. When I make a change on my PC (Outlook), the changes doesn't appear on my iPhone (4) and vice versa. AND, the changes disappear where I made them. Any thoughts?

Pavilion dv6150, Windows XP Pro
