Feb 26, 2014 5:53 AM in response to dks918by Studio X,Also, if you are posting to YouTube and/or Vimeo (or similar) sites, they will re-encode your material to fit their playback system.
The advice in this case is to push out the least compressed file that meets their upload limits (which still may well be H,264 if you have a slow uplink or a long file)

It gives perceived quality almost as good as 1080p with small file sizes and will play well on HDTVs via media or BD players as well as computers and iPads etc.
