How to save my autofill emails for viewing

I have a work computer that I would like to be able to view or print all of the auto-filled email addresses that have been collected over the years. I would like to be able to pass these email addys off to someone else, but I cannot figure out a way to do this. I am using 10.6.8 with Mail as the email client. Is there a way to generate the list and email the addresses to another computer? Or is there a way to copy and paste into a Word document?
