My Macbook Air itunes is recognizing Clickandbuy as a payment option. Itunes on my iPhone doesn't even list it as an option when I view my itunes account in Settings -> iTunes.
Someone, please tell me how to fix this.

There is no guarantee that thngs on an iPhone will work exactly the same as things on your Mac.
I believe there is no "click and buy" option for iTunes on an iPhone.
However, the Apple Store app on the iPhone does have an "Express Checkout" option which can be turned on in More (bottom right) > Account
Thanks, Sberman. I would think that the same payment options are accepted across the ios platform. Could you walk me through a bit more where you find "More" under "Account"?
I went under Settings -> Itunes & App Store (nothing there) -> Apple ID -> View Apple ID -> nothing there.

Again, you need to have downloaded the Apple Store app from the iTunes Store onto your iPhone. It looks like this:
When you open the Apple Store app, you can find More (bottom right) > Account as shown here:
