itunes file sharing open folders

I'm trying to open project folders in itunes under file sharing and finding that I can't open folders for certain apps, specifically animoog and cubasis.

I can save an entire file-sharing app folder to my desktop from itunes, but if I want to open the folder and save a specific file in the folder in itunes, I'm out of luck.

Isn't there a way you can open file-sharing folders in iTunes without having to save the whole folder to the desktop?
