Find my iphone SOS !

I had my iphone's find my iphone turned on but it got stolen and they hacked my account to erase the device. I already changed the password and have my Apple ID back, is there any way that I can put the device back on my find my iphone's list?? Please help! I really want to find my cellphone and the person who stole it.
