Please tell me how to fix this. Trying to turn Facebook on in friend recommendations in Game Center but all I get is... Trouble communicating with Game Center server and cannot turn friend recommendations on.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried the soft reset. I've tried resetting the entire device(network settings and all), for it not to work. Seems this is a question there is no answer for.
Still no solution to this problem?
I solved it by going to Settings, then under the Facebook tab, I entered my password for my Facebook acct.
Problem with Game Center friend recommendations not turning on because it can't connect to server.
