how to remove duplicate iCloud accounts from OS X Mavericks

I have the same iCloud User ID appearing 20+ Times on my Macbook-Pro when using Notes. How can I delete them.

MacBook Pro, iOS 7.0.6

Have you tried turning notes syncing off, restarting then trying again.
