Creating a gapless CD or playlist

I seem to recall that if I were to rip a CD for a live performance I was given the opportunity to get the resulting as been 'Gapless'. This if I were to play the entire album straight through you were unaware that CD file had seperate tracks marked. I can't find this feature in the latest iTunes. Is it still available?

Thanks in advance

If an album is gapless it will always be played backgapless.

The option your speak of was removed.

However it did not make a CD gapless.

The ONLY thing it did was stop songs from crossfading if Crossfade was enabled in ITunes prefs AND consecutive songs from the same gapless albums were played.
