iTunes won't update 4s to 7.0.6

I dnt use protection lol. In the past minute it let me start the download to iTunes. Today at noon my 4s just started toggling the data on and off by itself. Will stay on for maybe 10 secs and go back off. Tried reboot, reset network setting, got a new sim. Nothin seemed to help so hopefully this update will correct it. Any help on that issue would be great and save time instead of updating everything. Thanks for the quick response!!!
