Just made a music purchase from itunes on computer. I want to stream it using my iphone 4s

I just made a music purchase from itunes on my computer and my iphone 4s dosen't see it. I've tried to sync it with no luck. It says "purchased" in the itunes store. It downloaded fine to my computer, but I would like to "stream" it on my phone. ...PLEASE HELP! I can copy the files to my phone, but I would like to stream them instead... I also updated to the new ios 7.0.6 My itunes is installed on a PC

Options are:

Sync to the device.

Download directly on the device.

Turn on cloud music and stream it by going to Settings > Music > Show All Music.

Yup, I tried all of those things and show all music is already turned on. Any other suggestions I can try? This started happening since I updated the os

How do you download directly to the device ? On my iphone, when I go to iTunes, it says "purchased" with no option to download.

I forgot to mention that I don't have that little "cloud" icon on the top left. How do I get my little cloud icon for my purchase? These songs are not downloaded or on my iphone. It just says purchased when I go to iTunes.

I just figured it out I had to signout of iTunes then sign back into ITunes on my iphone. All is now well. Funny, I never had to do this before, but it worked. Thanks for your help.
