POP rejected the password

Hello


I have been sufferng with the same issue for sometime on my Mac Mail.


Every single account I have on I keep getting a window requesting the password and then it rejects it and another window saying POP rejected the password for the user. When the passwords are 100% correct


How can I fix this?
