Sorry , very confused , when I at the apple store , the helper went to a page on my profile and said i have a free maverick ,FCPX,Motion 5 upgrade ,but I can't find the page. Where do I go? Thanks

Never done this before , don't know where I am and who I am talking to or how I got here.
My problem.....when I was at the apple store setting up my apple id ...the helper went to a page (i think in my profile) , and showed i had a free update for Maverick,FCPX,Motion5 . I can't find the page ? Wishing to upgrade. Thanks
