Do you still have the card? If so, have you tried re-importing?
What version of FCPX are you running?
Russ
After I imported the footage I cleared the card. Then when I went to import more footage. Thats when the computer got unplugged. It like deleted the footage from the event. Pretty sure im running on the latest version.
To be sure, go to Final Cut Pro in the menu and click on About…

Is your library on your boot drive? If it is, the library will be in Movies in your Home folder. In the Finder navigate to that location. Right click on the library and choose Show Package Contents. You should see at least one event folder inside and hopefully one of them is the event you're interested in. Open that folder. There should be a folder named Original Media. Open that folder. Are your clips inside?

I think I found the footage it was hidden in a secret library i guess. but it is showing me this rerror image its red.
When you import you are presented with a dialogue. Did you choose Leave Files in Place or Copy Files?
Russ
I honestly dont remmeber.
Actually you would not have had the option if you were importing from the camera. Now that I think about.

I imported from a sd card. Do you think disk warrior can help me recover the files?
doubt it.
Do a Spotlight search for clips like KZ5AZ005
How do I do that?
