hello

i have emailed you telling you that the Itunes card i purchased at Family Dollar for fiftteen dollars it keeps on saying invalid. the email you just sent me just tells me what i already have done i have downloaded plenty of songs since Christmas. This card isn't working i have the reciept of the purchase. can you help me please?

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.


How did you contact iTunes Support ? You should be able to contact them about gift cards via this page (you will probably need to give them images of the front and back of the card, and possibly its receipt) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then iTunes Cards And Codes. Is that how you contacted them ?
