Mac Pro can't boot with Fusion Drive on Mavericks

Very strange, this is not happening very often, but it did happen with when I boot the machine and the screen just came blank with a no-disk-like icon and a spinner running, no responding but to force power off by the power switch button...

I am using a 2010 Mac Pro, and the fusion drive is built with 120GB Intel 530 SSD and 1TB HDD came with the Mac, SSD is in slot 1, HDD is 2, running on latest OS X 10.9.2 ( not beta version ).
