Mar 4, 2014 10:42 AM in response to Josy7800by thijhijz,Jason, I also have the same problem. Since several days, i'm not able to operate my MacBook Pro at all due to this occurrence.
The wireless trackpad seems to function normally while the build-in trackpad doesn't function at all and seems to interfere the entire system (opening applications, swiping the screen to Dashboard and other non-prefered commands.
I tried several of the recommendations on this discussion page of none of them seems to work.
This problem really bothers me as it prevents me to normally operate my Macbook.
