How would i get this app approved to be able to install?
How would i be able to install Mavericks on my Mac? It is saying an error occured and wont let any apps update or install. What can i do to fix this?

I would create a new user and try to install it there. As applications and OS/Software Updates are installed system wide, it will install to al users on the system. To create a new user follow these instructions:
Click
Click "System Preferences"
Click "Users & Groups"
Click the padlock int he bottom left corner and enter you password to unlock it
Click on the "+"
Change the user from "Standard" to "Administrator"
Ensure this user does not have the same name as another user on the computer as the OS will not allow this, try using "Test" as username and password
Turn off Automatic Login if it is on
Log into the test user
Attempt to install OS X Mavericks 10.9 from the App Store.app
