Q: I've just bought my Apple TV 3rd gen and set it all up but when I play netflix I get a picture but the sound is a really loud cracking sound. Does anyone know how to fix this??

I've just an Apple TV set it all up but when I play netflix the sound is really crackling. I can't hear anything else but the crackle. I can see the movie fine..
