Can't Re-Install/Delete iTunes To Go Back To v11.0.4

I have been having Apple "permission" repair issues with the newer OS10.8.5 update, and want to re-install my previous iTunes version (v11.0.4 or 11.0.5). When I try to remove the existing 11.1.4 version (that has the permission repair issues), I am not allowed to simply place the 11.1.4 app in the trash and delete, as I get the following pop-up window:

When I also try to lauch the iTunes 11.0.5 installer package, I then get this:

I have swapped out my "Users > Music > iTunes folder" with a previous back-up version iTunes folder from my external HD back-up of OS 10.8.4 and iTunes 11.04 in the same exact same iTunes folder.

However, I just can't get rid of the existing iTines 11.1.4 version in my "HD > Applications Folder"

Any tips on how to re-install a previous version of iTunes would be appreciated .... or atleast on how to delete my current iTunes 11.1.4 vesrion, so I can replace it with a previous version 11.0.4.

I can't believe this is what I have to do, becsause of a simple "one step" upgrade to OS 10.8. Apple lately, seems to be making things harder and harder for many of us to deal with in keeping OS 10.8 running, and wasting a lot of our time fixing these simple issues that should not be the problems they are.

Thank you

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), Apple Superdrive
