Are you using the same HDMI cable for mbother connect to mini display port to HDM it and dirrectly to HDMI port on the Mini.

With multiple typos, I am not sure what is being said or suggested here. Can you please retype your reply?
It would seem that if the Samsung monitor is not waking from sleep, then Samsung has not properly implemented the Wake on Signal that the Mini is sending out. There is nothing unique that Apple would do for one manufacturer. The signal is being sent out and that is why other monitors wake. Your Samsung, and mine, which are both probably different models are not waking when requested by the Mini. The best that can be done is to set the Energy Saving System Preference to not put the monitor to sleep. Use the Screen Saver as desired.
