Phone not screen goes grey, now doesn't turn on.
My phone has never been dropped but out of the blue the screen will go grey, with squares. It's been doing that for awhile, and now it's not even turnin on anymore. Help.

The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

If you try all these Steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step... Be sure to make an appointment first...
