no it consider with i cloud . i dont the id and password of the i cloud and the i couldnt find the owner i have the device and it's carton and the device didnt locked but when i update the device it request the id and pass

You will need to contact the person whose account it is and ask them to remove it from their account, until they do so you won't be able to use the phone
