faint green light when i move screen

Whenever I move my scren up or down, sometimes a faint green version of the camera light comes on. Its on my Macbook Pro 13 inch. When in certain positions, it doesnt come on. Sometimes it blinks or just comes on and stays on. But its only when i move the screen up or down. If I move it slow, it still comes on. Same for moving the screen fast.

Is anyone else experiencing this??
