Do Not Disturb on a 5S

I use the 'Do Not Disturb' function on my 5S a lot. I have it set so that my favorites can still get through. that part works great. But is it possible to have it set so that if one of my favorites sends me a text message, that it will sound out loud? I would still like to be notified if one of them texts me...
