iOS 7.0.6 and iPad 2

After Installation of the SSL-Bugfix (iOS 7.0.6) on an iPad 2 there occured a problem with the recovery of newspapers and magazines in thirdy-party-apps. I bought them per In-App-purchase, but the recovery with my Apple-ID yields to - nothing! Anyone an idea?
