The Willows TV cricket streaming company advertises iPhone and iPad app but that app does not work. One can't even login. Despite repeated complainsts, the Willow TV company has not done anything to fix the issue. I think it is high time Apple removes that app from the app store and prohibits Willow from using ios support.

Have you reported the issue to the iTunes Store as per the instructions in the support article from which you came? These are user-to-user support forums, so no one here can do anything about that app.
