IMovie does not finalize correctly

Having trouble with. Movie. I recently created 4 15 minute movies. 1 of them is not finalizing correctly. In 3 particular spots the audio is muted or delayed. I have replaced the video and audio. I have taken effects off, I even put a different clip in one spot just to see if it was the clip, but even the new clips audio was muted/delayed.

The other 3 videos finalized perfectly.

Any thoughts?
