Can I use a SIM card in a nuud iPad case and still have it waterproof?

The phone is inside the case.
how would it effect the integrity of the case?
Not sure why not The sim card tray is inside the iPad. When inserted there is no protrusion. The iPad has no physical change when the sim is inserted. The cover would still cover the entirety of the iPad just the same.
The question is, is your iPad the cellular model so it can accepot sim cards?
I have the iPad with cell. Just have not started data plan yet.
