My MacPro is spontaneously restarting

My MacPro is spontaneously restarting without a notice. Sometimes it restarts after few hours or when i plug in USB drive . Weekly 4 or 5 times it happened. I have tried disk utility check up. the volume seems to be OK. Please suggest what to do.

macpro3,1, Mac OS X (10.5.2), Quad-core Intel Xeon

Check the power cord, and any power strip you are using is not loose.

Run the hardware test that shipped with it.

Power cord is OK. i have checked and re-plugged in all of my device using mouse and keyboard. not used USB memory stick. Still when i start machine it restart again.
