Refund for NeoOffice

Can I get a refund for NeoOffice that was downloaded through iTunes? I didn't realize until after I paid the $9.99 that my new iMac has Pages and Numbers so I don't think I really need it; I can't get the new NeoOffice to open anyway. And yes, I've looked in previous posts about all the steps necessary to get it to load and I still can't figure it out.
