Okay...This is get very frustrating. I go to build it and it stops saying my video bitrate is too high. When I go to check it the bitrate says average is 3,621,000 which is only 3.6 mbp/s when my settings for DVD Studio are between 5.5 and 7.7. Can anyone please help me with this problem??? I've read articles, everything, and nothing seems to work. Please help! Thank you.
Another thing....I take it from FCP5 and send to compressor for best quality 90 minute dvd at 16:9 which comes out to be 6.2mbp/s. Don't know if that'll help.

This uses 2 pass with a high of 7.7 (default settings). Are you using A.Pack/DOlby audio files from Compressor? (produced by Compressor as a selection) If not, you should and that should take care of the issue, if not using that thee 7.7 with possible spikes and PCM Audio can cause the issue.
I'm using dolby ac3 audio files made by compressor. THere is one file that is just an mp3/aiff file for my main. Should i convert that over too to dolby? So right now I have the 6.2 mbps m2v file with 5.1 dolby ac3 file. What happens from here?
