Every photo i take on my phone its automatically put onto other devices camera rolls. this is annoying as these other devices are used by more than one person and these photos could be embarassing photos from me in younger years and its understandable why i want it fixed. help

I tried this and it doesn't work, I turned off Photo Sharing and Upload to my photo stream. When ever I try deleting a photo I don't want on my phone but I want to keep on my IPad, it deletes it off both devices. Is there's any other advice or solution?
It does not put them in the Camera Roll of other devices, it syncs via Photo Stream into the My Photo Stream album. You can turn off Photo Stream on one or all of the devices by going to:
Settings > iCloud > Photos > My Photo Stream - Off
You can also turn off Photo Sharing.
yes, i should have made it clear what i meant,but i dont want this to happen at all. i dont want those photos on the other devices at all?
and younger photographs of me that i screenshotted off facebook, to send to family or i actually took a picture of a photograph, im not a time traveller obviously:)

They aren't. They are put into the Photo Stream.
On other devices, you need to manually select them and add them to the Camera Roll.

I would be remiss not to mention that ideally you should not be sharing an Apple ID for things like iCloud, iMessage or Facetime. You can share an Apple ID for iTunes & App Store purchases and still use a separate ID for iCloud.
If you choose to keep sharing an Apple ID for those things be aware that iMessages, Facetime calls, contacts, calendars, remiders, notes and iCloud mail may also be going to, sent from or edited on these devices. You may want to disable some or all of those items on yours or the other devices.
iMessage: Settings > Messages > iMessage - Off
Facetime: Settings > Factime > Facetime - Off
Settings > iCloud (from here you can toggle off the items you don't want to sync across devices)
If you choose to disable these things instead of creating a separate account and you currently use iCloud Back Up then be sure to backup your device regularly via iTunes.
