iPhone5S stuck in app.

My iPhone5S gets stuck in a App a lot. I am not able to use home or Power-Button but the app still workes fine. The only way to close the App is by rebooting my phone (Home and Power at same time) Is that normal or what should i too because its realy getting on my nerves.
