Q: iCloud keeps loading

I just logged in into iCloud for the first time, but it just keeps loading (never actually got to try it yet) and I can't open the System Preferences. Just switched from windows to mac, not really sure what to do. Only tried to 'quit' it, but it doesn't let me. So I am just waiting.

Thanks, but I have tried that. I also contacted apple online and we didn't find a solution. They advised to go to the actual store tomorrow to 'refresh', so basically re-install' the OS to eliminate the glitch posibility. I only bought this yesterday, cannot believe I already have problems hah, not the best start.
