My iPhone won't turn on.

Well, I turned my iPhone 5c completely off like I normally do. Then, I put it on the charger and it will not turn back on. I tried to press the home button and the power button but nothing works. I believe the power button may be broken. If it is, is there any way to know for sure? Where can I get it fixed? Does the warranty still cover it?
